Philiosophy: "One heart, one head and all hustle"

LB3 is a year-round club program open to a variety of age and skill levels. Our program is built on the foundations of lacrosse, stressing the fundamentals of the game. As a charter member of the National Scholastic Club Lacrosse Association (NSCLA) we are proud to be identified as one of the top high school and youth club teams in the country. All NSCLA member organizations work to ensure that they highly competitive by skill, balanced by grade, and organized in such a manner that they provide their athletes the best possible playing and recruiting experience.

The LB3 teams practice and participate in tournaments during the summer and the fall seasons. The coaches are dedicated to guiding each of the participants toward achieving their full potential as players. Liam Banks collaborates with each of the teams' designated coaches to ensure that the highest quality of coaching and playing experience is provided to all of the children involved.

Liam Banks' Bio & History of LB3 Lacrosse

LB3 LLC was founded by Liam Banks in 2005.  Banks grew up playing, watching and loving the sport of lacrosse in Long Island, New York. He attended Ward Melville High School where Banks was an All-American Attackman.  During Banks' senior year he tallied an unbelievable mark of 172 points in a single season. Banks continued his pursuit of lacrosse excellence at Syracuse University where he was named a 2X All-American and a member of the 2000 National Championship Team. In addition, Banks was named MVP of the 2000 National Championship Tournament where he scored six goals against Princeton and ensured Syracuse's victory.  The attackman opens his sixth MLL season in 2009 with the Chicago Machine. He began his career with the New Jersey Pride in 2005 and totaled 34 points in each of his first two seasons. He split the 2007 season between the Pride and the San Francisco Dragons, setting career highs with 26 goals and 37 points, and played a second season with the Dragons in 2008.
