2012 Run & Gun Tournament Waiver
All players in the 2012 Run & Gun Tournament must have a completed waiver form to participate. The Waiver is an online only form, and is very quick and simple. Please use only the Team Name given to you by your team administrator or coach when filling out the form. Once completed by all team members, the Waiver process creates a Roster for the purposes of the Tournament.
3rd Annual LB3 Run & Gun Tournament
Back for its 3rd year, the LB3 Run & Gun Tournament has quickly become known as the end of spring season tournament for great competition and sportsmanship.
Whether you are looking to end the spring season on a high note, or looking to tune-up a summer travel team with an early tournament, the Run & Gun tournament is the place.
Inexpensive, 4 game minimum, shot gun starts, great competition, and lots of fun!

Divisions:
U11, U13, U15 (A & B Categories for each division)
Cost: $550 per team
Player Eligibility:
Groupings/eligibility by grade and consistent with spring season:
U11 - Lightning (4th/5th grade)
U13 - Junior teams - MAYLA Rec. and Select (6th/7th grade)
U15 - Senior teams - MAYLA Rec. and Select (7th/8th grade)
To Register a team:
1. WE ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR A FEW TEAMS IN EACH AGE GROUP AT THIS TIME. PLEASE CONTACT US AT THE LINK BELOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ENTER U11, U13 or U15.
Please mail a deposit check of $200 with TEAM NAME, TEAM CONTACT (name, email address and phone), AGE DIVISION (U11, U13 or U15), and CATEGORY (A or B) to:

2. By May 5 - Mail balance of registration fee to address above
Cancellation Policy - Fees are 100% refundable up to April 28. After April 28, refunds of anything over the deposit amount.
